Activity Description: Small Enterprise Assistance Funds ("SEAF") is a global investment firm focused on providing growth capital and operational support to businesses in emerging markets and those underserved by traditional sources of capital. In a country almost completely covered by mountains and where 42% of the population lives in rural areas, all of the schools have been connected to the Internet.
