You can comment anonymously - although we'd love to see your real name! - and you can choose to include a link to your web site or homepage. There are no user accounts on NextBillion.net; unless you suggest something or post a comment, you can remain completely anonymous.

By suggesting a story or posting a comment to www.NextBillion.net ("the Site"), you are deemed to have agreed to this Code of Conduct. NextBillion.net reserves the right to delete comments and suggestions that it feels violates any of the following rules. NextBillion.net provides this Site as a resource for community members to share their ideas and opinions on private sector approaches to poverty alleviation and environmental degradation.
We require that all of our community members show respect for other members. We understand that in a diverse community such as this, people will have differing opinions; however, we require that you treat other members’ opinions with respect.
