B Lab Just Announced its B Corp Best for the World List

The winners earned a score in the top 10% of all certified B Corps on the B Impact Assessment. That’s an evaluation of companies according to their impact on such factors as workers, suppliers, community, and the environment. To become certified, companies have to score at least 80 out of 200 points.
The companies are divided into three categories: Midsize, with 50 or more employees; Small Businesses, with 10-49 employees; and Micro-Enterprises, with less than 10 employees. (The largest number of winners–56–were in the latter category).
