If so, Changemakers.com is looking for a new team member to manage Changemakers’ community, identifying new strategies to grow our community membership and increase community engagement and collaboration through our website.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Identify and implement strategies to mobilize our community members to actively participate in and promote the opportunities on the Changemakers website
- Identify and implement strategies to drive new markets to competitions
- Interact with the Changemakers community to increase understanding of community members
- Work with Changemakers Community Team to implement new outreach strategies
- Facilitate online community to spur discussion, collaboration and new ideas
- Manage and develop key metrics of success
Skills:
- 2-5 years professional marketing and outreach experience
- MS Office Expert, HTML basic
- Experience with online community metrics, SEO, AdWords, etc.
- Active social media user (and go ahead and show us your profiles and activity)
- Team player able to integrate with diverse colleagues full of opinions and ideas
- Demonstrated commitment to social change and keen interest in social innovation
- Diligent work ethic and attention to detail; insatiable desire to expand skills and innovate to help grow a rapidly expanding team
- Highly entrepreneurial personality; flexible and proactive
- French speaker preferred.
