The company we are recruiting for is a 5 year’s young and dynamic company with the aim to be Tanzania’s supplier of choice in renewable energy solutions, from wholesale of quality products to turn key renewable energy projects. They have expansion plans for other South-East African countries. Quality, reliability, service and cost efficiency for our customers are at the core of the company. They have a wide base of customers varying from renewable energy installers, to institutions and lodges.

Mission for this assignment

The company is looking to fill this position to speed up the quotation process after the Engineer(s) have/ has visited the (potential) customer. Based on the energy consumption, the system needs to be technically developed and put into a draft offer. The person should basically act as technical sales administration person to support the Commercial Director in getting the quotations out as soon as possible.

The applicant should be able to use and or develop an easy way to get that done quickly:

· Technical calculations made in excel

· User friendly way of making calculations

· Professional look / feel

Profile

The person we are looking for can be a freelancer, a graduate or somebody that has some spare hours and is keen to gain some extra experience and / or money. The assignment can be done from home. The owners of the company are in the Netherlands regularly and can meet up for evaluations.

In case you are keen to do the assignment in Tanzania this can also be discussed, as well as full time employment after the assignment has been finished successfully. as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of Energy Solutions or other Electrical equipment
• Experience with technical calculations and sales offers
• Excellent computer literacy (sales programs, excel, etc.)
• Educated to degree level, preferably with Electro technical / IT background
