DDD is now seeking qualified candidates to fill the full-time position of English Teacher based in Phnom Penh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons in accordance with DDD's English curriculum
• Work with assigned DDD employees to design and produce supplementary teaching materials from magazines, newspapers, and other sources
• Work with individual students to improve their learning capabilities
• Set student goals and review their progress on a monthly basis
• Assess individual students' levels of English competency using DDD's uniformed methodology
• Record keeping
• Collaborate with online and offline English staff to support students' English language development
• Willingness to undertake on the job training and development activities

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in English or an equivalent teaching certification
• At least one year teaching experience, prior experience working within the NGO sector is a plus
• Native English speaker
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Practice professional and ethical behavior throughout the course of employment at DDD
