Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Training of regional teams, including creation of training materials.
• Monitoring of program operations across all locations, with a focus on Mumbai.
• Documenting the realities of the program on the ground, including reports, photographs and blogs.
• Supporting regional teams as needed, included teacher training, troubleshooting and administrative support.
• Creating presentations and reports using impact data collected from schools.
• Supporting the central team with any other tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Fluency in spoken Hindi
• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
• High energy level & the ability to support and motivate others
• Willingness to travel across India
• 2-3 years of work experience preferred
• Training experience highly preferred

Location: Delhi or Lucknow, with travel to other locations.

Salary: Rs.27,000 per month (or based on experience).
