AFRICA WILL NOT BE FIXED BY Africans -
If we are to close the gap between the" haves" and the "Have nots" in this world then we need to all help each other irrespective of race or ethnic background.
Gates has the billions to assist those with the ideas and the energy to improve the lot of the bottom 2 billion people suffering in extreme poverty. I, like many educators in the field of Technology, can see the sense in allowing the rich to pay a poor tax to close this gap. A recent trip to schools in the poorest slum areas of Thailand and Vietnam have made me very aware that it will take not just money and intelligence but passion and energy to deliver sustainable health and education programs to the neediest areas of the third world.
Free Enterprise|Bill Gates|Kinder Capitalism!
This from a man who masterminded & perfected FUD - Fear, Uncertainty,Doubt i.r.o. his Windows OS = Billions of personal & business $!
BG is Impatient with "capitalism"? Now that he & his ilk are supposedly RICH, he has the resources to dictate to others, after pursuing his brand of volatile capitalism!

The march for untapped markets continues - those with money can do ANYTHING, especially much more harm than good!
