 <description>I want to join this great site and community .......have been thinking for last 4 months , still thinking of a swift yet viable idea to develop my poor Bihar ..the poorest( but illustrious and brainy) state of India. Not sure what the solution is political- do away with all casteist politicians and spreading spirited biharism, social - education ,safety and cultural awareness , economic - investment, investment and investment. Last some months all I have been thinking is the third part and I accidentally found this and - Development through enterprise - my thoughts found words, I am grateful.
Have nothing more to say at this point , only asking myself questions whether I have the resolve to do. &lt;br class=&quot;clear&quot; /&gt;</description>
