Not sure what the solution is political- do away with all casteist politicians and spreading spirited biharism, social - education ,safety and cultural awareness , economic - investment, investment and investment. Last some months all I have been thinking is the third part and I accidentally found this and - Development through enterprise - my thoughts found words, I am grateful.
