What I have in mind is to identify the most lucrative business ventures in <country-region><place>Uganda</place></country-region>, conduct a market survey, and draw up in an investment plan. Should an investor require a tailor-made investment plan, he will be required to foot the bill and then we can share the proceeds with the Investment authority. So at the end of the day the investment authority incurs no cost.
