I joined in Bajaj Alliaze and after 2 years after payiing second instalment no news. after 3rd and 4th paid. but now they are saying first and second are not paid. but the bankers saying 1st instalment paid. about the second payment I am unable find from which account i paid out. I am asking for the second returned cheque. If it is retured the company should inform me. or at the time of 3rd and 4th payment they can inform me your policy is not active and they are supposed to returned the money back. Now I am running to sort out the problem. Until today I paid 240,000. How I can get out of from this trap.

It is highly shocking to know that Vijay Thakur (9874341497)of Machino Techno Kolkata had assured me that the paid in excess amount (of Insurance premium due to my selling of existing car insured till 25/2/08) will be refunded by M/s Bajaj Allianz and he convinced me to take a fresh policy for my new car. His polished and convincing art persuaded us to go for a fresh policy. Regular follow ups regarding our excess payments were made from our end but we were wrong that Mr Thakur would solve the state instead we found him highly busy to respond us, his overload of work burden always lead to avoiding. One fine morning he was traced and gave us the name of Madam Babita (9831435768) would would be right person to repay back, she was contacted again she was also busy but she said she will get back to us but non contacted us being aggrieved we called her she said I have gone thru your documents I will let Vijay Thakur know my decision. Whenever contacted Vijay Thakur would sound "kya apko abhi tak nahi mila" strange and that’s all. Currently Vijay Thakur is unable to provide any satisfactory answer contacted till date. Disputed Policy No BA2146409 period 26.02 07 t0 25.02.2008.FORCED US TO MAKE A NEW POLICY WHOSE DETAILS IS AS SUCH OG-08-2401-1801-00011316 (26TH JULY 07 TO 25TH JULY 08)I personaly wilh full zeal and vigor sat down on my computer to inform the concerned about the false commitments, than when I went through the complain blog I found your concern has cheated lots of such Jayesh Thakkers and with zero hope from your concern i wish to end up any relationships with your Bajaj Allianz Insurance (sorry we should have enquired about you first because bads also wear white collar shirts and instantly knowing is bit hard. jayesh Thakker 9331888053

Sir, Myself is having policy no. 0046380661 whose premium is Rs. 10,000/ per annum. The due date was 28.03.08. But i could not deposit it on time. Now I am residing in Faridabad. Pl intimate how the address can be changed. Can i deposit premium online. Also is there any branch office in Faridabad where premium can be deposited. Any one can help me !!!!!! ….I got Cheated by Bajaj Allianz general Insurance Company Ltd. & Bajaj Capital Limited ( Operating from Raheja Arcade Koramangala ) Before I share my experience with these two organization I would like to mentioned the representatives with whom I tried to solve the problem ( with proof ) 1. Mr. Shanmugam ( Bajaj Allianz 9900238425 ) 2. Mr. Anand (Bajaj Allianz 22075324 ) 3. Mr. Rudresh (Bajaj Allianz 22075328 ) 4. Mr. Jayaprakash Shukla (Bajaj Allianz 22075311 , 9945532423 ) 5. Mr. Ramesh ( Bajaj Allianze 9945593910 ) 6. Mr. Lohith T (Baja Capital 9980542300 ) Me holding the Policy ( OG-08-1721-1802-00000361 ) which I did the renewal at Bajaj Capital at Raheja Arcade, Koramangala. For that I maid the payment by cash . Now from 05-june-2007 I am trying to get the claim amount for the same policy. The reason what the Bajaj Alliance is saying ( Over Phone ) the cheque given by Bajaj Capital is returned. Mentioning all these I have send the Registered letter to Mr. Shanmugam, Mr. Anand, Mr. Rudresh and Mr. Lohith. So far there is no written reply for the same. The last person I spoke is Mr. Ramesh and I have mentioned him I have to put all these in the news paper since no action by any one so far. As he requested I waited one more day for the call from Mr. Jayaprkash. Now I need help from publics or any good advocate. The same time I want to make all the publics to aware the services given by these two. I request you to please send this letter to all your email friends. Any other insurance company can also share my experience with bajaj Alliance when they approach new customers. I have the proof for the letter which I have send to the representatives. But one thing i came to know from them is for bajaj allianz due to some technical error my policy is not existing but the same time they or not giving me a answer for my question That is : Can i use the bike or not Please publics donot go for any of their service they are just cheating people my complaint is very much true i am giving the ph no. of mine and the others whom an all approched The two more new people invovled in this to solve thgis issue from bajaj allianz last 11 days from their Pune Office are 1. hi sir i have been through your website and the mails with complaints those people whohave not received their cash back and claim. As i have a word with my bank standard charteredand they ask me to invest my hard earn money in bajaj alliance insurance plicy where u gettax rebate and for three yrs u have to pay a fix amt and after completion of the prd.you get aspecific amt As i have recetly sign the policy for the amt 50000 as i m in a bad impression with these mails. And i think every customer is prescious for your buisness so i would like a comment on this or i would love to cancel the plan as i m scared with these email who are not getting the benefit from the policy.And no one would like to spend their hard earn money to loose it as private orgainsation always have arisk. So after complition of this three year i dosent get any 1st cash beifit i had talk with mr.Gaurav ( Indore Branch Manager) but i dosent get any replay so i want revert ASAP
