Judah Levine is an expert in telecommunications, financial services and energy in general, and mobile financial services in particular, who advises corporations and other organizations on various strategic, commercial, and operational matters. As CEO of Mondato, Levine is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm, new business development, and strategic initiative delivery. With over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, commercial development, technology innovation, and management for organizations in both developed and emerging markets, Levine enjoys assisting clients to conceptualize, qualify, and pursue ambitious investment projects and to analyze and solve complex operational problems. He is also active in the development of cutting edge intellectual capital, with several papers and patents to his name, and speaks on occasion at international conferences on topics of interest. Alongside his duties at Mondato, Levine also serves as CEO of its sister company, HIP Consult. His previous roles included Vice President of International Business Development for Teligent, New Markets Manager of Arbinet, and Consultant with A.T. Kearney’s Communications and High-Tech Practice. Levine received his MBA and MA from the University of Michigan and BA from Georgetown University, and is proficient in several languages.

 

 

 

Chris Connolly leads Mondato’s media efforts and provides research and analysis to support its reputation as a thought leader, as well as assisting Mondato’s work in the field of MFS regulation. He is a graduate of Cambridge University and holds a PhD from the London School of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Law from City University in London. He is a specialist on East Asia, MFS regulation and social media.
