Jeremy Shapiro and Johannes Haushofer

Jeremy Shapiro holds a PhD in economics from MIT and has authored numerous economic articles, including multiple impact evaluations of poverty alleviation programs. Jeremy is a co-founder and former director of GiveDirectly.

 

Johannes Haushofer is a Prize Fellow in Economics at Harvard University and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab at MIT. He holds a PhD in neuroscience from Harvard University and a PhD in economics from the University of Zurich. Starting in July 2014 he will be Assistant Professor of Psychology and Public Affairs at Princeton University.
