Ugochinyere Ottih is a public health physician with international work experience in clinical patient care and monitoring and evaluation of HIV programs. She has a masters in public health, and diplomas in public health economics and health finance and management from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Preceding that, she graduated with an MBChB from the University of Ghana Medical School and received awards from the departments of Internal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
She is currently based in Nigeria and has been actively involved with the development of Nigeria’s national HIV quality management program, HIVQUAL. Her interests are in HIV/AIDS, health systems strengthening and health care financing
