Ezequiel Reficco
University of the Andes

EzequielReficco has been a professor of management at the University of the Andes, since 2009. Since 2001, he has served as a researcher and post-doctoral fellow for thethe Social Enterprise Initiative at Harvard Business School.

He was also a visiting professor at ESADE Business School (Barcelona), affiliated with the Institute for Social Innovation, and the University of San Andrés (Buenos Aires), as a member of its Center for Social Innovation.

His research agenda focuses on issues of social and environmental sustainability of corporate strategy, inclusive business and social entrepreneurship. He is co-author of Social Partnering in Latin America (Harvard University Press, 2004) and co-editor of Effective Management of Social Enterprises (Harvard University Press, 2006). He has published articles in various publications of the United States, Europe and Latin America, such as the Harvard Business Review, INCAE Business Review, and the Stanford Social Innovation Review, among others.
