Aline Krämer and Solveig Haupt
Endeva

Aline Krämer is an expert on inclusive business. She is a founder and managing director of Endeva.

 

Aline has been working as a consultant in the inclusive business domain since 2007. She has developed and directed several research and consulting projects on the topic. Aline is one of the lead authors of the study “Bringing Medicines to Low-income Markets: A guide to creating inclusive business models for pharmaceutical companies” for BMZ, GIZ and Sanofi.

 

As a researcher, Aline led projects on the development of inclusive and sustainable innovations in the housing and energy sector in Brazil for the Research Centre for Design and Sustainability, for which she gained the Emerald/CAPES Management Research Fund Award. Aline is currently completing her PhD on “Identifying low-income consumers as a source of innovation” at the TUM School of Management in Munich, Germany.

 

 

 

Solveig Haupt is an associated expert with Endeva. She has 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and health sectors. As Director Global Access for Pfizer Inc., she developed a pilot for maternal health in partnership with Professor Yunus’ Grameen’s Kalyan organization in Bangladesh. As a Pfizer Global Health Fellow, she advised the hospital management at Christian Medical College, Tamil Nadu, India, on PR and fundraising activities. As part of her graduate studies in global public health at New York University, she con- ducted research on bed-net replacement strategies in Uganda in collaboration with the Global Alliance Against HIV/AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis and LaFarge. Solveig has been leading the launch of various new medicines globally and locally and has substantial experience in strategic business development in the pharma sector. As a Fulbright Scholar she earned her MBA at Ball State University, Indiana.
