Colm is an associate on the Strengthening Health Outcomes through the Private Sector (SHOPS) project at Abt Associates in Bethesda, Maryland, where he focuses on institutional capacity assessment and strengthening, private sector partnerships, and increasing collaboration between impact investors and base of the pyramid health enterprises. He is interested in market-based solutions at the intersection of health improvement, poverty alleviation and environmental conservation.
