Hi Herman,

 The money should be in your account usually after one working day. This is not Wizzit's fault but rather the clearing system of the other banks. If your account number is correct (the one in your Wizzit pack), as well as the branch code, there should not be a problem.

Good luck using the product. Hope it makes your banking as easy as it has made mine.
