Activity Description: Small Enterprise Assistance Funds ("SEAF") is a global investment firm focused on providing growth capital and operational support to businesses in emerging markets and those underserved by traditional sources of capital. SEAF selectively makes structured debt and equity investments in locally owned enterprises with high growth potential.

Based in Washington D.C., SEAF invests in more than 20 countries around the world through an international network of 15 offices in Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Investors include a cross section of public and private institutions, including several of the international finance institutions, local pension funds, insurance companies, banks and family offices.

Since its inception in 1989, SEAF’s successful expansion into a global organization stems from realizing attractive returns for our investors and building value in our portfolio companies. Central to SEAF’s ability to source opportunities and work with management is our on-the-ground presence in the economic regions of focus. As a global organization with a local presence, SEAF is uniquely able to provide management with hands-on operational support and provide businesses in emerging economies with the global “connections” that accelerate their growth and profitability.

SEAF’s global investment teams pride themselves on being solutions-oriented business people who work with our local partners to achieve solid economic growth, with equally solid returns for our investors.

The third stage is exporting the services to brother countries of central africa. The first has been carried out succesfully. The second stage is pending.its consist precisely of constructing a database,a website of good capacity with a chatroom, putting a link which will permit a local mobile telephone operator to obtain information demanded by a customer. Hi. Greetings from Nicaragua. Question: Do you know if any of your partners on the list of countries you serve, happen to invest in pottery or ceramic producing workshops or companies? If the do they may be interested in starting up a another line of production: ceramic water filters. Over the past 7 years we have been successful is assisting in the establishment of these types of facilities in 19 countries world wide. The filter has been studied by some of the best US, UK, Canadian and Dutch universities. Research has also been carried out by USAID, UNICEF, the CDC and The International Red Cross. The Filter has been featured by The World Bank, The Academy of Science, the UN, the Smithsonian and other organizations. By working together we can meet the US DMG, one country at a time. Hello-- We recently launched our online video sharing platform, CAMBOTUBE (www.cambotube.com) which the Cambodia Daily heralded as an "important tool for democracy."

We have exited Beta testing and the platform is fully functional and robust and interest (as seen from the number of hits on our analytics) is growing on a daily basis.

We envision growing CamboTube, with the assistance if interested partners, into a dedicated social issue media delivery platform here in Cambodia and the region. We foresee great flexibility via Cambotube, with potential uses including: 1) as alternative broadcast system for populations without access to terrestrial broadcast systems 2) as a way of distributing targeted health media content efficiently and digitally 3) to promote governance and via appropriately targeted content and dialogue with concerned users. Please contact us directly via email at camerado@camerado.com, or at 855 012 194 2702 in Cambodia for more information or to discuss further. Sincerely, JR CAMBOTUBE www.camotube.com
