Activity Description: The VillageReach business model offers an integrated portfolio of solutions that empowers governments and local partners to extend the reach of public health systems, and improve economic conditions and quality of life. The organization uses a supply chain to build and manage transport networks, dedicated fleets, and inventory systems to ensure timely delivery of essential health supplies and facilitate outreach services; a cold chain to build and manage refrigeration systems to transport and store temperature-sensitive vaccines and medical supplies; injection safety to provide waste management tools, new technologies, and training to ensure safe injection practices by medical personnel; energy to provide clean and cost-effective energy solutions to improve the quality of health services and benefit communities; communications to deploy communication networks to support operations, reporting, and emergency response systems; community involvement to partner with local community leaders to extend quality health services beyond the formal healthcare system; and income-generating activities to launch synergistic commercial ventures to promote local economic development and generate revenues to support our healthcare initiatives.
