The University of Cambridge Program for Industry, Business & the Environment Program is the premier international forum for executive learning and leadership for sustainability. The six annual Senior Executives Seminars held around the world aim to help a select group of highly influential decision-makers understand the challenges and opportunities of sustainable development and to inspire them to make the necessary changes within their organizations and beyond.
Delegates are drawn from a broad range of functions, sectors and geographic regions, mostly from the business sector, although a number of places are also reserved for senior representatives from the public sector and non-governmental organisations. It is important to note that the Programme is intended for senior executives operating at a strategic level, rather than for corporate specialists in the field of environment and corporate social responsibility. Having attended a seminar, delegates become part of the Programs active alumni network now extending to over 1400 people worldwide, with considerable potential to influence the debate at corporate, public and political levels.
The Program is designed for senior executives who are not corporate specialists in the field of environment and corporate social responsibility and only a small number of places are available to specialists at the seminars.
