Activity Description: To decrease infrastructure and personnel costs, Lason India invests hardware and training in 'village BPOs' run by independent entrepreneurs in rural India. To date, this is India's first BPO in a village that is run by a resident and that employs locals. Through this business model, Lason India is creating jobs and equipping rural Indians with important computer skills. The initiative is expected to extend to five more locations in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Karnataka by the end of 2005.

dear sir /mam i want to start a bpo in dehradun. i would like to know all the details about BPO industry.. how to start a BPO? what all are the requirements.. as in how to get clients , I need to know how it can be done and the investment required along with possibilities of becoming a franchisee. Dear Sir /Madam,I am undergoing MBA in Information Management, I wanted to start a BPO in Siliguri, West Bengal.
